New data acquisition system PMS-200 for Air Gap
In order to better fit with our Customer requirements, MC-monitoring has developed a complete solution for Airgap monitoring and protection system for large ring motors and hydro generators.
The system runs standalone without any computer connection and provides continous protection of the Airgap of your machine.
In addition, a computer based software allows data storage and provides features for specific analysis.
Rotating Air Gap Monitoring
For better analysis of the rotor & stator shape of rotating machines, we design a new product family allowing the connection of sensors on rotating parts of machines (rotor).
Electrodynamic Low Frequency Velocity Sensor
To complete our Product range, a new electrodynamic sensor has been developed. This sensor measures the absolute bearing vibration measurements down to 0.5Hz on hydroelectric machines, the absolute bearing pedestal vibration measurements on steam turbines and electrical motors and is suitable for replacement of accelerometer or piezo velocity sensor.
